These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Berry Auto Care website and the detailing services we provide. Berry Auto Care is legally registered as Soins Automobiles Berry (NEQ 2282286048), a mobile auto detailing business serving the greater Montreal area. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this site, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, submit our forms, and opt in to receive text messages from Berry Auto Care. By doing so, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
We provide mobile auto detailing services, which may include exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, and ceramic coating. Services are performed at a location agreed upon with you. Final pricing depends on the vehicle's size, condition, and the services selected, and is confirmed before work begins.
Quotes provided through our form, by text, or by phone are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price is confirmed once we assess the vehicle. Appointments are booked by mutual agreement and are subject to availability and weather, as we operate as a mobile service.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, e-transfer, and card payments. You are responsible for the full agreed price of the services performed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments affected by weather or circumstances beyond our control, as our work is performed outdoors or on-site.
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Berry Auto Care about your inquiry, appointments, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers, including mobile network operators, are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
We take care to protect your vehicle and property while providing our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, including but not limited to worn clear coat, prior scratches, mechanical faults, or rust. We will inform you of any pre-existing conditions we notice that may affect results. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Detailing outcomes depend on the condition of the vehicle. While we work to deliver the best possible results, certain defects, stains, or damage may not be fully removable. We will communicate realistic expectations before beginning work.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
